💖 Karley’s Community Donation & Sponsorship Requests

At Karley’s, we truly believe in giving back to the communities that have supported us for over 25 years. We’re proud to partner with local organizations whose events bring people together and make a positive impact throughout the Philadelphia region.

Each year we receive many requests from amazing causes and community groups. While we wish we could accommodate everyone, it’s simply not possible. To be fair and consistent, all donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted at least 60 days before the event date using the form below.

All requests are reviewed by our management team to determine where our resources will make the greatest impact for both the community and our company. Preference is given to:

  • Non-profit or community events located within our regular service area (PA, NJ, DE).

  • Events that can provide mutual benefit, such as sponsorship recognition, logo placement, social-media tags, or event tickets.

  • Requests that help promote community causes aligned with our values — education, local small business, charity fundraisers, and family-oriented events.

Please note:

  • We’re unable to guarantee approval of all requests.

  • Events during peak months (April–June and September–December) may have limited availability.

  • Delivery, setup, or labor costs may still apply even when rental items are discounted or donated to cover cost of labor.

  • You’ll be notified by email once your request has been reviewed.
